Volunteer Information, Art Class Schedules and Calendar 2017/18 Thank you for your interest in coordinating and/or volunteering in the Bacich Art Room. The Bacich Art Program is called "Art For Bears"(AFB). There are two basic AFB volunteer job opportunities: 1. Coordinator/Assistant 2. Additional Volunteer Below please find job descriptions for each of the two volunteer opportunities, biweekly art class schedules Week A and Week B, as well as Week A and Week B 2017/18 calendar. 1. Coordinator/Assistant Job Description/Responsibilities ● You’re the LEAD coordinator and Mrs. Libby's assistant for your class. ● Create and maintain a biweekly volunteer schedule for your class ● You may use “volunteer spot” to create a volunteer schedule ● Throughout the year, there may be requests from Mrs. Libby to have additional volunteers in class due to the nature of some special Art projects.
